Here is a tiny app that uses deep sampling to find tumors in any disk or directory. If you do have quotas, you can use quota -v Is even more accurate (no < 1GB directories will be listed). Large folders can be identified at a glance thanks to the gradient bar displayed in the background. The freeware can be started from the context menu of a folder or drive and shows you the size of this folder, including its subfolders in an Explorer-like fashion. I incorporated the suggestion, which does make it better, but there are still false positives, so there are just tradeoffs (simpler expr, worse results more complex and longer expr, better results). Unless you've got really small partitions, grepping for directories in the gigabytes is a pretty good filter for what you want.
